The builder, Frank Veletto, strives to build quality custom homes by personally being involved in all phases of the construction process. To meet and exceed customer expectations each home must be given attention by the builder himself. Accordingly, Meridian Homes’ goal is to build only 6-8 custom homes a year.

Many people find the process of building a home overwhelming. Meridian homes goal is to take the stress out and put the joy in by recognizing each home buyer has specific needs and desires that must be met. We will work together to make a set of house plans fit the customer’s lifestyle both inside and outside the home.
